Pay is on the lower side, it's hard to get fired for poor performance so what ends up happening is you have to rely on others who should have been gone a long time ago because they aren't good at their job, company is moving more and more towards outsourcing, wonky quotas, lots of area of gray which can make selling confidently difficult
