They offer 25 days of PTO

Cons

There is a lot of confusion and miscommunication from managers and leaders about what is happening and going on in the organization. If you have an issue and you need human resources, it can take 2+ weeks to get a response from our human resource rep. Also, they just did a mass layoff, so now we all have to work double time to keep our seats and morale is super low.

Provided income while working Easy to get started and begin assignments Opportunities for short-term work when needed

Lack of respect toward workers Poor communication and unclear updates Job instability (assignments can end suddenly) Weak support when workers get sick or have issues Unclear or inconsistent attendance expectations Decisions feel automated and impersonal Little transparency around termination or assignment changes
