Independent Energy Hawaii offers many opportunities for advancement and professional growth, a positive and supportive work culture, a strong emphasis on safety and adherence to industry standards, and a collaborative and inclusive environment. They have made a positive impact on the local community through the provision of clean and sustainable energy which gave me sense of purpose and fulfillment. The flexibility in schedule and remote work options helped to create a great work-life balance.

Overall, working at Independent Energy Hawaii is great but some things that I have dealt with were the deadlines could be stressful since it is very dependent on having these systems completed in a timely matter.
