Well-know brands are good to sell

The top-management decisions are not clear about tactics.

Interesting areas to work in and get familiar with. Very nice people to work with. Nice offices. Some leaders are really great and motivating, but some had to left due company sell.

Decisions generally made based on financials and on having good relationship with the right people. Some leaders are outstanding but most of the senior staff lack of leadership skills. Most leaders micromanage or doesn't manage at all. There is no clear performance management and compensation is low, at least in my group. High fluctuation.
