Pros
I worked here for more than one year but there are no pros for this company.
Cons
There are alot of cons out of which i am listing a few here:-
1) No skilled peoples.
2) Senior peoples dont have good knowledge and understanding of concepts.
3) Those who were good left the company very early.
4) A lot of politics, we know theres politics in every company but here is the worst because of unskilleed peoples who are rats.
5) Managenet is very rediculous that they dont listen to anyone.
6) you will not be provided with any documents like salary slips etc.
7) If you resign they will treat you like a terrorist.
8) One should look for company name, product name, website name these all are different. they are not trustworthi.
9) your salary will be deducted without any reason and you cant say anything, if you ask for reason they will bombard you with hell lot of work so that you will be in office for more that 12 hours.
10) all the employees are not technically good.
11) Those who are technically excellent , left the company in previous years.
