There are no pros to joining this place

Hi all, This is a fraud company. There seems to be only one CEO named Harish who is working as the investor, HR, manager, boss etc and keeps claiming now and again that he needs ‘approval’ from the higher ups in order to not take the complete blame for the mishandling of employees or employee permissions. I see other reviews here that are praising this company. The location stated in those reviews are out of India. Those reviews are absolutely rubbish. This is a ‘company’ based in India with an office apparently situated in Delhi. Not even sure about that as apparently there’s no one available at the office premises as per a reliable source! Its absolutely sick to have gone through the metal torture given by Harish and not having been paid my way overdue salary on time. Tricking people into becoming Franchsie partners, not responding to issues on time and just an absolute disregard of people’s time and money is absolutely appalling. DO NOT JOIN under any circumstances. I know things during covid are tough. But take my word for it. This place is not worth it. Keep your mental peace in check and do not support such fraud companies and equally fraud CEO’s

5 year old company but still not developed. 1 year old startups are way better. owner is unable to manage company and employees. if you try to have an opinion they will threaten to call the police on you absolute bad location owner is inconsiderate and lacks empathy. won't care in case of family emergency and will still ask you to come to work. they charge for lunch too because they are very very very cheap

a highly unprofessional company dedicated to making its employees life a living hell. there is no HR employee you will be able to go talk to when the CEO tortures you. they also give false information during interviews regarding your role at the company. they will mention fancy words during interview but at the time of the job they will just ask you to call
