Pros
If there are pros then this company would have launched any of its products but till date nothing is there in market and what just came out is a joke..
Cons
1. Worst management 2. HR doesn't even know what her role is. 3. This company never give salary on time and most of the time they don't even give salary.. Till date more that 30 employees are there who have not received salary. 4. They hire people from different countries and even they refused to work here.. They treat employee like slaves. 5. Owner of the company is Harvard pass out.. Which is a joke.. 6. People say think 100 times before joining this company... I will say don't even think to join this company. 7. Clients literally cry after giving project to this company as there is a start date but no end date.. As they don't even know if it will end or not. 8. They say they have offices in US and Hong Kong.. Which is a myth... 9. Don't trust any management in this company.. They are just there to make fool out of you. 10. They don't have any ethics how to talk to their employees.. 11. If you discuss any problem with anyone in management they make joke of it in front of everybody in office..
