If you’re desperate & have no experience!!
Cons
You work 7 days a week for little more than minimum wage. They consistently cheat you out of overtime. Constantly change what route or charter your supposed to do at the last minute. They provide you with an outdated “route guide” and zero maps or files to print out to use as a guide. Your usually gone for 3 days at a time. Management is in constant chaos!! The owners have nothing to do with running the company as it was left to them by their father. As long as the check clears every month is all they’re concerned with.
