Nothing - Financial Analyst Indian Wealth Management Employee Review

I wanted to do an internship in wealth management, there were so many options (firms), but I did choose IWM mainly because of their ethical practice, another reason was Mr. Praveen Jain’s experience in various companies. I had great learning experience about mutual funds, RERA, Insurance, Accounts and came to know about so many finance websites, softwares. This internship helped me in developing work ethics, working habit, computer skills, team spirit, patience, Work with passion, lot of courage and positivity that is required to get things done. I always had a thought that I cannot manage a team but Praveen sir had trust in me and gave me this opportunity to manage a team. After getting experience to managing a team, I feel confident in myself, nothing is impossible. Working in a team while managing it, is more interesting than working alone. This internship helped me in building more contacts with finance persons and people from different states and culture. One most important thing that I learned from Mr, Praveen Jain, is never say No for any task, “if u think it is not possible to complete the task in given time AT LEAST TRY” have always positive attitude. Experience of these few months was great and I am so thankful of Sir that he helped us to push our limits and achieve biggest our goals. I will always be thankful of IWM.

I don't think here's any cons

No pros at all. During my internship, i couldn't see any pros. Although my internship duration was for 5 months, i left the company within a month.

The founder of the company Mr. Praveen Jain lacks professionalism. He doesn't know how to treat the employees and interns right. He leaves no stones unturned to humilate and demotivate his employees. And there is 0 learning. He would claim to train the interns well in their respective fields, however on joining he would assign some kinda data entry task , etc. And would seek error free results. Would shout and scold for no big reasons. And would put a lot of pressure on the employees to name the other employees so that he can throw them out. Basically he needs some kinda gossip. And he would never understand his employees problems. Even if ur sick, u have to work for him, else be prepared to get nice doze! And for interns, he would pay no stipend. Work for free and get humiliated all the time!
