Pros
The company has so much potential. There are some great people who work in the company day to day. The Benefits are great.
Cons
Basically everything else. All of the problems stem from the top. Most of higher leadership are extremely unqualified and incapable of handling those types of roles. Micromanagement is considered the only form of management. This is a very poor strategy for both the companies effectiveness and the well-being of your employees. Unfortunately the mentalities of those that can change it do not want to. There is very little to no actual structure within the company. This allows each individual group to always pass the blame back and forth amongst each other without having to take accountability. Since the top micromanages the bottom tasks they are too consumed to see high level and fix where the issues stem from. The previous reviews about a loose cannon, arrogant management and the good old boys are about an employee who left the company only to return in a higher role. That should explain most of what you should know when it comes to the upper level decision making. It's hard to move forward when you keep moving backwards. Also if you happen to be military in the guard/reserves this is not the place for you. The harassment I received about work related issues while I was gone and had no control over were held against me. I was even reprimanded for not having my military duty on my work calendar even though it was. Not the type of support you want when you are dealing with the stresses of the military.
