      Some of the employees were nice.

      Cons

      Fear based shop where owner knows nothing about the business. Work is cut and paste. Zero creativity. I have no idea how they are still in business.

      It was a freelance position so I wasn't obligated to continue to work there.

      The senior leadership/owner needs serious training around treating people with respect.
