Pros
Due to the large commission rate with Indoff, I found that I could work less aggressively for I receive a higher commission on my sales and by doing the same thing as I had prior to joining Indoff, made more money - always a good thing. I also enjoy the fact that I don't have a manager constantly breathing down my neck wondering how many calls I made, creating reports, forecasting sales. Sales people typically don't enjoy reports, we just want to sell and talk to people. I am coming up on my 16th year with Indoff and still can't imagine going anywhere else. We have the financial strength of the company behind us, receive support from them when we need it, and I can take care of my customers in the manner that I know is best.
Cons
If you are used to being surrounded by others in an office and look for your boss to motivate you, we are not for you. If you are great at motivating yourself, then take a serious look at us. Also, if you are used to have a full support staff doing all of your quotes, orders, phone calls for you - this may not be a good fit for you will be involved in your sales.
