Due to flexible working hours, work often extends beyond regular hours, sometimes even requiring overtime and staying overnight until dawn without any compensation. Management is disorganized, with workflow coming directly from the CEO. KPIs and performance evaluations are unclear and lack transparency. Frequent team restructuring is ineffective. Employees are often assigned tasks outside their job descriptions.
