Pros
Lots of responsibility early, high level of client visibility, extremely meritocratic. Some senior leaders were excellent.
Cons
Very little concern for employee morale; some policies (like expense reimbursement) were absurdly anti-employee, but no one in management cared. The hours were absolutely miserable - the only way Inductis could compete with top-tier consulting firms was by staffing fewer people on projects and charging less for the same quality of output, which meant that going home before 8pm was a luxury and all-nighters happened every few weeks.
