Pros
Friendly work environment with knowledgeable staff. Very successful firm that sees annual steady returns and can be counted on as a staple in the financial industry.
Cons
Not much room for vertical movement as there seems to be a congestion in mid-level careers, such as VP. Also, the distribution of bonuses seems to be a bit unfair. Put away a large sum for bonuses and very little of that cash trickled down to lower level positions.
