      Cons

      Middle Management is useless. There is blatant favouritism in Product Development teams. The one who will bootlick their managers, they will get less work pressure and more favours. If you are good at bootlicking, please join here. Toxic work culture. They do bonds with people.

      Pros

      learned a lot, but learned it all from people that are no longer there. It's a good industry to be in and you learn plenty from the people you sell to. IVP's product is great.

      Cons

      toxic and uninterested management (only on sales side, everyone else is actually amazing and so helpful) that teaches you nothing and creates unrealistic quotas, demands you meet them with no support, steals deals from your pipeline, etc
