      Thank you for your feedback. IVP is an established name in the development of Fintech software. At the same time, the amount of development work that an individual employee gets to do is dependent on their role and business realities.

      Pros

      learned a lot, but learned it all from people that are no longer there. It's a good industry to be in and you learn plenty from the people you sell to. IVP's product is great.

      Cons

      toxic and uninterested management (only on sales side, everyone else is actually amazing and so helpful) that teaches you nothing and creates unrealistic quotas, demands you meet them with no support, steals deals from your pipeline, etc
