Engineering Dept has alot of knowledge and one can learn alot if they are willing to work for it. Great company to grow with if you are green. Working with pumps is universal in engineering industry.

Company structure is top heavy. Too many managers and too few workers. Upper management stays in office all day on meetings talking about what they are going to fix but never actually act. They have been the cause of several great people to leave the company with many more to follow. Also do not expect to get much help from HR. It stands for Hardly Reachable at this company. They also seem to have a closed door policy 95% of the time. The company is private equity owned so all they care about are numbers and not the people that work for them.
