Pros
Since it has a start-up environment, you get to learn a lot. Although it's a small company, Decent package is provided. Top management is very friendly in nature and they try to provide all sorts of facilities to their employees. Other than cafeteria, almost all the facilities are available. For research profile, it's a very good place to have a kick start to your career.
Cons
At one stage there is nothing new to learn. They don't provide proper training and expect wonders. not so good for sales, since you can't even survive for an year atleast. which effects your career. Since it's a young company, there are no much inbound leads, due to which, entire sales team should get involved in outbound activity (irrespective of their hierarchy level) They don't consider the quality of work. They only consider the number of leads generated and closures. Some jobless people screw others and behave like slaves to the top management fir their survival. They keep changing their sales strategies which are contradictory to the previous ones. Bulk hiring and bulk firing! No incentives.
