      None. No pros what soever

      Cons

      They give preference to random ideas, Waste clients time and money(as a result losing all their(very few) clients), Partiality towards others. To this day I regret joining this company.

      None, all pros you think on day 1 will become cons in next 1 week

      Only blame culture is promoted by the senior management, there is no accountability on the senior management , they dont treat and compensate their core members
