Infineon is a good semi-con company. Stable environment and friendly colleagues and management. There are no much politics in the companies. Infineon provides good training opportunities and has fair promotion opportunities.
Cons
The incentives are not good enough and work structure is relatively loose. work life balance is good. product range and customer target are relatively narrow.
