Five stars yes, but not because this is some magical stress-free workplace where you'll think you're in heaven. Not at all. This company is for hard working people who can come in focused and stay focused on their job for the remainder of the day. The only people I saw complain about something often were the same people who come in tired, unmotivated and only want to "get it over with". The same people are jelaous when they see their focused colleagues improve and get promoted and rewarded for their hard work. This is typical for any company actually, but my point is this: If you're that hard, smart worker and you're here to work, not slack, then you're almost guaranteed to have a fulfilling career here. I was well on my way to getting promoted the second time but unfortunately and due to a family matter I had to move and leave the company.
