I've worked here 2,5 years and if I could say one thing it'd be this: This company is focused on progress! If you have the same mindset with everything you do - you're going to be fine!!! and you're going to enjoy your time here. You'll certainly be paid well, (well, depending on your experience and position). If not, there are benefits, and other things that you'd expect from a company this size. Generally the people (coworkers, managers, etc.) are OK... I haven't had any huge stressors in my time here and see no reason why I wouldn't stay and build my career here.
