Pros

Infinite Systems is a small MSP that focuses on customer service over everything else. They are dedicated to quality service that customers around Lincoln already know them for. The people behind the support are kind, fun, and know how to work hard!

Cons

Infinite expects a-lot from its employees and doesn't recognize the people who hold it all together, or who go above and beyond. Their company slogan is all about Integrity but its not towards their employees. To them, its all about providing the best service no matter the cost to their people. The compensation is blow the industry average, but that doesn't mean you get to slack off. The benefits package is a little slim, and their PTO isn't great unless you have been there for a while. Lastly, the On-call procedures are just about the worst thing.

Pros

- local - fair salary, steady income - hired me relatively fresh out of college - did their best to improve and adapt to industry changes and to management changes - came back strong after post-COVID challenges - great network (locally); very interesting clients - a lot to learn and work on of varying IT specialties - open minded and patient - down to Earth and trustworthy people - open to discuss office hours (including remote) - open to allot for personal time or situations as they arose

Cons

- post-COVID and other varying industry changes hit the company hard; was a bit difficult with the workload for a time, it also affected chain of command and due process when/where it was necessary - frequent unpaid overtime due to work necessity of meeting client expectations - ok benefits - limited PTO - occasionally a bit hectic; especially during emergencies or outages (but that comes with the business) - customer service can sometimes (or always) suck, despite one's best efforts to deliver good communication; comes down to how well you build relationships with clients - in my personal experience, if we had more hands on deck my job would've been more manageable and less stressful

Pros

Excellent people, good community and opportunity to learn! Infinite has excellent service, and well trained staff to cover any need that it has.

Cons

Not enough staff, need to hire more Communication between departments is very weak Benefits aren't great Pay is below average for the region Titles are thrown around like candy
