Pros
As a 12 year veteran of Infinity Air, I can truly say that this company can and will provide the life you want if you are willing to work for it. I began as a shipping clerk and through hard work and dedication to my craft; I have turned that humble start to my own facility in Miami Florida. Nothing was handed to me; I had to show management that I had the determination and will to create a model of excellence and consistency. It was not easy and anyone thinking that working for this company will be easy should not apply. The hours are long and the demands are high as they are in every aviation company but my experiences have helped me grow as a person and as a leader. You will get what you put in at Infinity Air. Someone who watches the clock to go home will not last here. Commitment to excellence, hard work and a passion for the craft are all required to make your success. The only ceilings you have here are the ones you create for yourself. The Miami office has shown a penchant for growth through innovation, forward thinking and flexibility in its processes and management. We do not train aviation experts; we create the next generation of them. I love my time here at Infinity and I hope to be here for many decades to come. Know that the work is not easy but it has brought a level of satisfaction that I do not believe I would have found anywhere else. We work hard, we play hard and at all time, we strive not for perfection…but excellence.
Cons
I will not lie and say there are not issues. What company does not have them? The most common issues are micromanagement and failure to maintain budgetary discipline. We as a company need to do a better job of listening to the ideas of employees and making the right moves for the future, not just the present. Stick to the basics and fine tune as we go. This may not make us Amazon, but it will make us the model for consistency and stability nation and worldwide.
