ISG has been nothing short of amazing, and quite frankly, the best career move I've ever made. In an organization that displays zero office politics, you literally can become whatever you want to be, just put in the work. The leadership here sits you at the table with the big boys, listens to you, supports your decisions and endeavors, motivates you, and then rewards you handsomely when you deliver.

Cons

ISG started as a small team and has catapulted to being an industry-leading agency. Though always a successful company, the company's massive expansion and growth has been mainly over the last five years. With that growth has come new challenges and opportunities to learn and adapt. One area where I see the potential for improvement is communication between different teams and departments. Like any well-oiled machine, when all parts are working in unison and in sync, the better the performance.
