Pros

The only good thing about IA is they offer WFH.

Cons

If you’re seriously considering applying to this company, take a moment to read this, it might save you some frustration. (Also, not sure why my first review didn’t show up here but here’s everything you need to know.) The expectations, especially for sales roles, are extremely high — yet the tools provided to meet those expectations are sorely lacking. Sales staff are required to gather over 100 new email addresses weekly, mainly using LinkedIn, a platform that doesn’t give you full access to contact information. On top of that, you’re expected to send out multiple proposals and quotations each week as part of your scorecard — which itself is not attainable, given the amount of groundwork needed to build trust with new prospects. Real engagement takes time: meetings, follow-ups, consistent effort. Yet you’re expected to deliver results quickly and without proper support or tools. I understand that different teams have different responsibilities, but it’s hard to meet goals when your own leaders aren’t responsive or supportive. It felt like we were being set up to fail. I’ve since moved on to a company that genuinely values and supports its employees, and the contrast is eye-opening. It made me realize how little support I was receiving before. One piece of advice: ask everything upfront: salary, commission structure, benefits and get it in writing. Transparency was an issue during my time there. I kept pushing through, hoping to be regularized, even going beyond my role. At one point I took on marketing-related tasks, handled client workshop logistics, booked venues, coordinated attendees, even managed food arrangements — all solo. None of that was acknowledged. Worse, I asked HR about regularization a month before my contract ended and received no response until my department head finally told me my contract wouldn’t be renewed. IA's HR is useless. They don't even respond to queries. Their reason is always they are working on field, but aren't we all working remotely? What hurt even more? Seeing others with less contribution stay. I was told someone wanted to “mentor” me, but in reality, they just passed off their work, asked me about client update/needs but offered no help or advise. There was even a time attended a seminar using my own transportation while that colleague skipped it — yet I was the one let go on that same year? all those efforts, transpo fees from my own pocket, all down the drain. Also, This is supposed to be an IT services company, yet we weren’t allowed to directly consult IT staff/developers to fully understand the services we were selling. Expectations were high, but resources and access were limited. Even after I left, it took a month to receive my final pay — with vague explanations about financial delays. The experience was, honestly, disheartening. The company promotes itself as mental-health-friendly and team-oriented — but in my experience, that only applies if you’re among the favored few. Apply with caution.

Cons

You'll be reporting to the Finance and Admin Manager where you'll be taking accountability of the mistakes she does because she's going to say to others that it's you who did it.
