      Product was quite stable and easy to support/maintain. Processes were done efficiently and customers almost always reported highly positive reviews

      Cons

      Technology was being hit from below and above in terms of price. NoSQL variants also appeared along with Hadoop and took considerable market share.

      They offered everything you could want. Great management, people who cared, work/life balance, good pay, good people to work with.

      Pros

      Neat columnar database technology. Innovative developers. Founders are passionate about their columnar database invention and it shows.

      Cons

      Seems like little to no growth in hyper-competitive columnar database market. Took forever to fill security holes in MySQL database engine. Focus on building an appliance while creating a Postgres-based version of the columnar database slowed sales pipeline growth dramatically.
