Pros
- The colleagues I met are nice and helpful. The overall working culture is good - My supervisor is encouraging. You can propose any ideas if you want to (best to have some strong reasons) - Good work-life balance. Most of the time you can leave your office on time - Sometimes they provide free training sessions
Cons
- Relatively less experienced colleagues that can teach you how to do it better as the team size is super small (on the other hand, it can reduce time of making decisions). Like if you are in a team of 5 or more, some senior colleagues in the same department may help you to realize what your problem is quickly and improve it in a more effective way.
