- If you're a structure lover you could find this company difficult, but if you turn that into recommendations and feedback its fulfilling to be seen & heard -Not many women - No active help/ teaching , but a self-experimentation opportunity ( I found it fantastic to build my own confidence and made the most from that)

Tasks assigned to me are highly varied and I have gained a huge amount of knowledge in this role. In particular, Infonetica's approach to customer service has meant I have found my interactions with customers very rewarding. During my time at Infonetica I have been given the freedom use my initiative to solve tasks in my own way. Management are ready to listen to any ideas or concerns which employees may have, and have implemented various changes based upon feedback from the team. The team are very easy to get on with and are always ready to help out if someone runs into a problem.

The train station is a bit of a walk and pizza van has stopped showing up.
