Quick buck ~ (Even then it's underpaid from market value so therefore there's no real gain) New Office ~ (Doesn't change the toxic environment though)
Cons
Absolute poor managers Blame culture Clueless MD and lack of direction of company future High staff turnover because of company culture, lack of decent pay and idiot managers Managers are a like a gang/mob ready to make you feel undervalued and dispensable Workplace bullying takes place here!! Institutional racism takes place here!!
