Excellent customers, management is flexible when you need time off or if you have something you need to take care of during a the day (I.e. using your 1 hour lunch break early to get a check-up rather than using any PTO). Overtime is readily available to those who want it. Being on the road traveling to calls is enjoyable, while you do have a direct supervisor there is a great deal of autonomy. The job can be a great mental challenge as you diagnose problems and find the right fix. Senior management is wonderful and works hard to grow and improve the company for its employees and customers.

While everything seems better than many other companies, there are still some growing pains as this company continues to grow. There is occasional micro-managing from people outside your department, but overall it is a good place to work though, every business has its downside!

Management appears to favor specific employees who spend significant time away from their desks, while concerns about workplace culture and interpersonal treatment from those same individuals go unaddressed. This dynamic created a difficult environment for the rest of the team.
