The main founder & CEO has been a great source of inspiration for all of us. Informica believed in their workforce and their training so much that people who have been in the organization for about 6 months were given the responsibility to manage clients. The overall organizational engagement is very high.

Few to mention - 1. Timings ( Calls after log out ) - 2. Weekend interventions ( Sometimes short calls are arranged during weekends). Quite ok for a start up
