- Lively atmosphere with young colleagues - Leadership (especially higher up) strong and offers guidance - Able to offer flexibility if needed (at least within my department)

- Difficult to stay after the possibility of fixed term contracts ends - At times a bit of an alpha male culture

good environment to work meeting new people and learning to work as a team

nothing I always enjoying work over there .......of course in Europe
