Pros
Currently IEI is going through an update on their internal workings. They have updated salaries to be more competitive, better 401k and expanding their health insurance. Overall this company will work with you and I like the changes that are happening.
Cons
The growing pains can be felt. Sometimes if feels like process are redundant and not needed while other times it feels like management is confused on who is suppose to being what. Overall this stems from growing and expanding but it's not as bad as it sounds because it mainly pertains to upper management.
