1. Incompetent management and leaders- Management are so messy and not friendly to staff. Managers and leaders are so inexperienced and most of them are young too 2. Messy workflows- Most of things here are done verbally and no proper documentations 3. Favoritism and office politics- Too much gossips here. There are some fav child in this company that you cannot touch, or else you will be in danger and becomes a target to the management 4. No job security- Most of the staff got terminated lately due to illogical reasons, while their fav child still remains although being problematic 5. No diversity at all- If you are not belong to the most dominant race in this company, it is quite hard to get recognition and easily got sabotaged 6. Non-ending sexual harrassment jokes- To all girls and women here will feel uncomfortable as you will constantly get sexual jokes from some of the guys here, no need to report to management or anything because you will get ignored. Management doesnt even care about this DONT COME TO THIS COMPANY! YOU DESERVED SOMEWHERE ELSE BETTER
