Pros

It's a big company, so it also depends on in which team you will end up

Cons

While I was there in 2022, the company decided to close offices in a multiple cities (and a lot of people were fired), and also every day people were sending farewell emails because they decided to quit. Energy in a company was so bad, and unhealthy. I started working in a team of 10 people, and 2 months later there were 2 of us. I worked with a very nervous, sadistic person, who used every opportunity to belittle me. I was not allowed to think, they were very strict, i was really traumatized. I was always under the pressure to think what did i do wrong now, i literally cried .. a lot. At the end, I started to fight back. The best decision I made was to quit. I didnt realize how unhealthy was that company and team were for me, until i found a new job in a normal company, and started working with normal people. In a new company a was ..nervous at the beginning, i expected that people would start yelling at me like in Infront, I was ready to fight and cry, but .. nothing happen :) They were and still are extremely nice, and it helped me to heal my soul. In infront I didnt have opportunity to grow, to think, to learn. And thats really sad. In my opinion, its not a good place for software developers because: 1. A lot of old, legacy projects done in ancient technologies 2. A lot of code that no one understand anymore 3. Some projects are written in new technologies but without any structure or common sense (its when you learn a new technology by coding)

Pros

Good team, life/work balance and teamlead

Cons

Disorganised company. No culture. Every office cares about their own unit and not the others. Not a lot of growth opportunities.
