Pros
People working in the plant have a good sense of humor.
Cons
1. Management from the owners to the middle managers are extremely cheap. Its so bad that the misery trickles down to the lowest employee. 2. Houston Plant is particularly very very bad place to work at. Canadian plants are fine, other departments are also fine to work in. 3. If you are working on the plant floor, you will be inhaling dust at alarming levels. 4. If you are career oriented and looking to grow, then this company at best could be a stepping stone for you to get some experience but only if you don't have any and are having tough time finding a job. 5. Salary : 2% inflation rise, every year and that's it, but they will still make you go through the blood sucking process of writing your own review, so the managers could fool themselves in the meetings about having an appraisal process. 6. You could very well be discriminated here especially in Houston Plant based on your gender, race, national origin or anything that the management might think they could leverage against you. 6. Bottomline, Houston plant - AVOID AT ANY COST, Other places- depending on your situation and role, they are alright places to work at. Departments other than manufacturing are not too bad to work at.
