      Very Bad Experience - Automotive Consultant Ingenics Employee Review

      Pros

      Some people felt well there. Joined there when it was Mixed Mode.

      Cons

      They asked me after 3 weeks to find myself a project at the customer. Offered a software engineer position initially but the job was to build an excel sheet including all materials of the control units buil by the customer. Rest was worse.

      Consulting with Ingenics has provided a multitude of challenging but rewarding environments. These diverse projects provide a platform for you to showcase your skills using the support of an international team.

      Cons

      Internal training has room for improvement, and often external training is required of the employee for development.
