      Pay is decent, schedule is flexible. Generous sick time and PTO. Free lunch on occasion.

      Cons

      The environment as a whole needs a complete restructure. No feedback or reviews are given, interaction between departments is minimum, everyone shows up and goes to their desk and leaves. Not really a friendly or encouraging work environment. Turnover seems to be really high.

      ONLY TAKE THIS JOB AS A LAST RESORT WHILE YOU LOOK FOR SOMETHING ELSE. I'm not sure if this company is about to fold or if they just regularly hire large groups of people and fire them. Very underhanded and sneaky with the way they set job contracts up. They basically leave you in the air until the last second to tell you if they will let you stay or not. Also lied to about 15 people that our contracts were good for at least 3 months and then let us all go with no warning due to "leadership changes."
