- Very hierarchical and the job title matters a lot, to the extent that your holiday requests need all seniors + team PO + team manager to approve... - Tech work gets little appreciation and attention, and IKEA also has difficulty to hire tech people so it is difficult to develop tech careers by working with expert tech professionals - People in the team have to compete for the little work and have to shout loud to your team for whatever is small, even fixing a bug will deserve a long post with all kinds of emojis in the team channel ... - The company does not care about people leaving, in my first year there are around half of my team left, didn't really see things got changed after that. Many people just flash quit after joining this company.
