      Pros

      Good pay, weekly. Nice customers and friendly co-workers at first. Fun to begin with. 30 minute breaks every 5 hours.

      Cons

      Your age is put into everything you do, and you are blamed for many issues when someone tells you to do something incorrectly. Pay gets spotty and you aren't paid for all hours. If the water goes out you have to lug water canisters across the store in order to soak the floor the best you can.

      -Rotating Weekends (Work Sat/Off Sun then Off Sat/Work Sun) -Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      -You are expected to do a lot of work for very little pay -Being promoted is extremely unlikely and any wage increases is purely for inflation, not because they think you deserve it. -If you do not fight for higher wages they will not give it (I knew someone who has worked full-time in the deli for years longer than I, but somehow he made less than me) - Deli Management is very clique like, the assistant store manager has many complaints filed against him. -Expected to work holidays, no holiday pay or overtime (ever)
