Pros
Friendly coworkers; lots of hours if desired (I was hired as part-time and figured I'd only get about 20 hours per week, but pretty much started with 35-40 hours instead).
Cons
Many coworkers skimp on duties, don't pull weight. Sometimes have to work way past schedule (usually because other workers leave on time without finishing their work). No benefits or vacation/sick days.
