Pros

There are very little pros about this place. Best to just skip to the cons and get to the point.

Cons

'Pathetic' is an adjective to describe this company and how executives treat their employees. There are plenty of comments - some recent ones, some a bit further back - concerning the less than stillar pay and benefits employees recieve for their hard work and dedication and time spent. To make matters worse, i've been rejected several times for my requests for hands on training classes becuase they were too expensive. This means I cannot even keep up with the proper skills needed to keep myself properly marketable to another company. This company is just totally naff. They cannot even manage to give employees a proper annual increase to keep up with the rise in basic food, rent and utilities costs. I know of parents who cannot afford to pay for all of their children's school fees. Until this place is sorted out, people need to know how much of a pathetic work-until you die company this place is. Inspiration and motivation are truly lacking.

Toxic environment last several years from US ELT; Not people-first mentality; Public company pressures and metrics impacting day-to-day associates and expectations; Fear tactic implementation; Pay scales are widely vast and unjustified even based on merit, experience, and talent losing retention of resources; Lack of communication by leadership on roadmap for awareness to our resellers and vendors- lack of trust and execution with go to market objectives; Losing customer business due to no support teams in place in the big bet areas of the company (Cloud and Platform);
