We need to have a serious talk about this company (look at Cons) - Product Handler Ingrasys Technology Employee Review

Context: First things first, I've engaged my recruiter to indicate my interest in undertaking a Product Handler role in Ingrasys to be put on the permanent afternoon shift. Things were off to a great start until a few months into this job, the higher ups initiate the proposition to its production staff to transition them to 12 hour morning (7am-7pm) and night (7pm-7am) shifts. Apparently the idea behind this proposition aims to establish the following: To facilitate to the recent overwhelming demand of customer orders, address and eliminate prolonged shortfalls as well as boost overall productivity. This proposition was then communicated to us via our designated Whatsapp group through the form of a poll to inquire about our openness to transition to these 12 hours shifts. From the get go, it seemed to me like this poll was merely to seek our consent and the solution behind this proposition will not transcend into actualisation at all, or at least in the nearer future, but i was dead wrong. What succeeds the aforementioned course of events is that news broke out that the management has ordered this transition with effect from 1st July 2025. This initiative was to maximise productivity but ironically it seemingly backfires as it prompted a handful of production staff within our ranks to tender their resignation as soon as this piece of news broke out, myself included. By hindsight, thought i could have stayed in this job for longer but was disappointed at the company's knee jerk reaction to addressing issues within production and failing to understanding our perspectives regarding the present and future trajectory of the company. Now for the other cons: - Small pantry with no cafeteria to buy food, very limited vending machine options. - Locker area too narrow to change up - Unreasonably short break times - Extremely fast paced working environment with unreasonable task expectations, line leaders often prompt you to 'do it faster' instead of providing meaningful support. This always result in you having to scramble to organise different parts of components in the trays in a rush. - That being said, there is very limited work desk space for you to allocate your parts and you risk getting caught by the audit if they find any lapses in organisation or handling they will not hesitate to take down your name and act as though it's within your control and therefore it's your fault to do so. - Colleagues frequently nitpick what you do - Disproportionate amount of OTs, some months completely lacked OTs while some full of OTs, this can contribute to a lack of work life balance. - HR seems apathetic to clarify your doubts or inquiries. Bottom line: If you want a guaranteed express ticket to anxiety and depression, this is your job!
