      Pros

      Company has strong growth profile and aggressive strategy. They have been acquiring other businesses that fit into their global strategy. In general the employees are nice. The company has its struggles but is a better place to work than most.

      Cons

      Some of the leaders are insensitive to culture. The culture is a bit fuzzy - The experience depends a lot on who you work for.
