      Pros

      Great 401k match of 100% of 6% and a free 3% even if you do not contribute.

      Cons

      Ingredion purchased this facility and has ran it into the ground. Egos are larger than their capacity, making every decision the wrong one. Turnover is high, all the legacy employees have left, big mess.
