Toxic Environment Dressed Up Like Personal Development - Sales Ingrid Arna Employee Review

This is one of those companies who preaches empowerment of women, lots of opportunity and unlimited earning potential but behind the scenes is creating a toxic environment of gaslighting, overworking, blaming, negativity, micromanagement, little support and a lack of transparency. They lie to you in the interview process about the earning potential because I specifically asked what top performers on the team were making and once I joined I saw the sales reports and NO ONE had made even remotely close to those numbers the whole year. They will bad mouth the other sales people and say that they just aren't as good as you to get you to stay, but even their best performers with good sales experience aren't hitting half those numbers. They incentivize setters so that they end up booking bogus calls just to hit their numbers and not get fired so the closers end up with a lot of really bad leads on their calendar. You are told in the interview process that you will be given good leads on your calendar to close and you don't need to hunt for them but once you get in you'll be told you aren't working hard enough to get your own leads on your own. Also, even when you do sell people, most of them end up dropping out of the program or not paying so you won't get commission on the payment plan if they don't pay. The CEO micromanages and demeans women on group calls and publicly on Slack. The ENTIRE sales team turned over in my few months there. Not one person remained from when I started. Just two months in I was the longest standing employee on the sales team.
