      - Bad Management micromanages everything. Don't let employees grow. Micromanages everything. - Treat the infoschool interns as slaves. they bill the customers propping them as senior employees. but don't even pay them the minimum wage in Sri Lanka. - Interns are assigned tasks that require someone with senior-level experience without proper training or experience. Then when something goes wrong management will direct all the blame to the lowly intern.

      Not at all to mention even though say alot in adverts and on linkedin

      Cons

      Bad management especially the top management.They treat others like slaves with no respect.When during interviews they change their words.Different from what they mention on advertisements.even hybrid work in advertisement dissapears in interviews. HR is also the worst.Not responding.Act good until you get hired or accept the offer No growth even though they say about opportunities You can act as a principal because of interns.There are so many Low salaries
