* Poor leadership (mainly from the CEO, but infecting the whole leadership team)
* Terrible culture
* Zero psychological safety - they have a core value of "Disagree and commit" that could only possibly be and abbreviation of "Disagree and commit to the CEO's decision", they "celebrate failure", but fire anybody that fails according to the CEO's "instincts" / arbitrary measures of performance
* Zero care or respect for any of their employees
* Irrational micro management from the CEO - clearly does not trust his leadership team
